I've heard it's pretty effective, but not sure it's my thing. Doesn't mean I wouldn't try it, but the opportunity has never presented itself. I've done yoga a couple of times... it's okay, but I much-prefer my dates with the dumbbells!
Plus, I can't stand being hot or overheated, so to purposely put myself in an environment like that would be like putting a plastic bag over my head. I don't think I'd handle it too well...
