HELP!!

Gotcha, either way. Everything I have ever read on gyno is that it is caused from high estrogen to testosterone ratio when it develops off cycle. Meaning estrogen is too high and testosterone is too low. The trick is to shrink it by starving it of estrogen then keep estrogen low enough very carefully without there being a chance for rebound. Ithe would be worth it, if it were me to check estrogen and stay on a low dose of letro maybe switch to adex after things get better with letro. I know people who have had that problem and do this and when they cycle they dial in dose and are careful and are ok. They just don't cycle high doses of aromatasing compounds. If it's swollen leaking with tissue it's prolactin. If it's lumpy and hurts it's estrogen. Bad diet and stress contribute to these factors. Lowering cortisol would help as well. Increasing dopamine. That is my take on it. Hopefully they have him on something. If I get are start to get gyno I am taking letro route.
