</br> I used 3-4 iu a day , I little localised fat loss from injection site , very good for skin, hair ligaments and tendons etc , studies suggest with enough food and hard enough regime in the gym can generate new muscle tissue not just make what you got bigger , hope that helps , if you start getting pins and needles in your wrist/ hand then just cut back on dose , I would start on 3iu a day for a week, then 4iu a day for a week then 5iu if necessary. Now that's depending on brand bc some is stronger than others. I used a generic from my aas supplyer it was *Serum test 25.4ng/ml.

</br> Now I was told 3 months solo then 3 months w/ AAS works best. GH helps ligaments & increases collagen some AAS seem to decrease it. GHRP's legal GH's worked ok but they actually cost me almost as much as GH plus u shoot 3-5x ED!

</br> As for length... The longer the better! But unlike IGF1, GH takes time... I mean water retention can be seen in the beginning I believe it was week 2 I saw the most water retention.
