Hey, I've got a friend that's never done any AAS. He's on high blood pressure meds and wants to lose some weight. He's not really wanting to do anything too serious. I am unfamiliar with the blood pressure meds and not sure if/what will give him complications and I'm looking for advice. He's afraid of needles, but might be willing to let me inject him. Does anyone have any advice as for a cycle that can work around the blood pressure meds? I was thinking Anvar, Winny and Primo for him to accomodate his fear of needles, but wasn't sure if these would affect him with his meds? Please let me know

Any other stats on him? Height, weight, age, etc.?

As far as a basic beginner cycle, you really don't need more than simple test, IMO. If he wants to really be careful and keep it simple while on bp meds, then 300-400mg of test e or test cyp for 10-12 weeks is really all you need. Not sure about other bp meds, but if the one he's on is like mine (that I just started a few days ago), it will be a little diuretic so he wouldn't need to watch out for too much water gain.

I don't know for sure what meds he's on, but I can find out. As far as his stats, he's 37 about 225 lbs and around 5'8". He's never been on a cycle before and he's scared of needles so I was looking for an all oral cycle to get around this, but I know that's eventually going to be near impossible. I have told him that he's going to pretty much need test at some point, but we'll see how that goes. Would you recommend possibly some Halotestin?

What I was thinking just for starters was Anavar, Winny and Primo.

Watch the liver with Halo's esp combined with other meds... but either way I don't think Halo's the answer...

Also if the guy is looking to drop some weight (sounds like that's his/your main goal) why are you suggesting a cycle? Have you talked to him about his diet and his daily calorie expenditures, cardio etc.

If he decides to go on something have him first find out the hepatotoxicity of the drugs he's already taking.

Yea, I've checked his diet and worked on that with him. I'm not really big on getting him on a cycle, it's more of him pushing it. I'm just making sure he's safe with it. I figured if I can't change his mind, the least I can do is look out for him

Not to be a dick, but how about he gets on a treadmill and a diet and lifts some weights?? Steroids are for bodybuilders, not the "gee I've been out of the gym so long... I need to lose this gut" guys. Steroids help build muscle, and have negative effects on the heart occassionaly, they don't help lose fat.

First off, I don't take offense to your statement at all, my feelings exactly. Trust me bro, I've been down that road many times with him. I'm sure you've run into these guys that think steroids are the answer to everyone's prayers. I've explained the side effects to him and how against it I am, but what can you do other than just make sure they don't hurt themselves after all that? I mean, I'm a trainer and I've laid out a nutritional plan, training circuit for him and he's gotten started, but like all other "rookies" they want it now. Well, I as well as everyone else here knows, that doesn't just happen. Steroids help, but you still have to bust your ass and stick to a precise plan of action. I've protested MANY times that I'm against it until he gets back into shape naturally and then we possibly look at going to steroids, but I can't change his mind so I just want to make sure he doesn't listen to some idiot that is feeding him with all these misconceptions about this and that so I'm doing the friend thing at this point and just looking out for his health instead of trying to make a buck or have someone do something just because I am, like his other "friends."

That sucks man. I've been put in that situation before.

Yea, I hate to see it. I don't like that everyone else is telling him they are great and that he should jump into it. I'm not against them, I mean hell I use them, but I've always been competitive and in shape. It sucks, but I'll just try to do the best I can to ensure his health

I saw all orals and that is absolutely a horrible idea. Saud's advice is best. 350 a week and as a first cycle that will be plenty. Sounds like hes just made up his mind to do this but from the sounds of his physique hes gonna need to find some discipline to do any good with the test anyway. Hope it goes well for ya.

Yea, I mean he's sticking to everything I've laid out so far so we'll see how this goes. He's definitely going to just have to suck up the needles phobia
