Anyone here do this to help burn some fat... a good 30mins at 5km/h burns almost 400Cals.. so the machine says.
Its way less impact on the joints ... I'm wondering if this is better than running for burning calories only

I've been doing these to bring up my calves and it's been working. I'll walk for 4 minutes then run for 2 until I've hit 30 minutes and my calves seem to be getting better from the incline
