Okay, here goes my age thing again I guess. Yes, HMB was originally marketed by the supplement designers at EAS, the old Bill Phillips company about a decade ago. Yes, you can still purchase it. There was a variety of legitimate clinical studies performed on the product and guys with AIDS supposedly take it to help stop the wasting effect associated with that disease.

In my experience I tried it religiously for about a year. Two, three and even four times the recommended dosage. Got nothin, nada, zilch. It's a good thing we have forums like this. Save your money and learn the experieces of others.
