Holy shit did I cramp today!

Today was leg day. Well when I got home and steped out of the car, both my legs cramped so bad. They were rolling cramps. It hurt like hell! So I fall to the ground in pure pain, and laided there in my driveway for over ten mintues until they eased up enough to get up. Nobody was home, and nobody drove by. My cell phone was in my gym bag in the back seat. So i was stuck with having to just wait it out. I have never cramped so bad in my life.

Damn bro, that rough!! I've only gotten them like that in the middle of the night. Fortunately my girl is always here, but a few times they were so bad I would wimper in pain!

yeah I have had some bad cramps myself, but usualy in the middle of the night and they wake me out of my sleep,lol, you must have looked like a crackhead laying there in the drive way bro,lol
