how best to try tb500 for first time

I'm interested in trying TB500 for the first time. What is a good peptide mix that you'd recommend for this? I would like to get more of a boost when it comes to recovery after my workouts, as I am a lot of pain afterwards. I usually have to pop an aspirin. Do you think that 2-3 mg every 3 days would be a good option?
 
Bros, BPC and TB500 are fantastic. They stack really well together. Great for repair and recovery.
 
Make sure you use Umbrella. They are high quality for peptides. You never want to go the cheap route with them.
 
I love me some BPC at 500 micrograms every other day. That is a good dosage, and it runs well with TB500.
 
Make sure you load up on TB500. I would go 1mg every other day, that is a good dosage.
 
Load up on TB500 and frontload. The first week go 10-15mg. From there, you can gradually start decreasing the dose.
 
Definitely do BPC and TB together. They stack well together. Go with the BPC at 250 micrograms a day, and go with TB 500 at around 1-2mg every other day.
