i have been goign every day wt 50-70mcg ed. and will go for 6-7weeks.
4 weeks in i thnk now.
and really liking this.

I did 12 on 4 off before and it seemed to work out nicely. I'm just starting back up again, 30mcg in the morning before cardio and then another 30mcg at night before hitting the gym to lift. By the end, I'll up it to 50 and 50.
