I always feel like I'm not getting enough water. How can you tell if you're dehydrated (but not seriously so)?

I've had this problem before and the things I first noticed was I was always thirsty. My piss was getting darker and I was tired as shit. Ended up in the hospital getting fluid IV.

My system produces kidney stones constantly...when I saw my doctor a few years back when I was up to passing 70 or so a year and he was talking to me about keeping fluids running through my body, he said that whenever I feel thirsty even the slightest bit is actual dehydration.

I never really looked into it beyond that but according to him any time your mouth feels dry at all, your body is dehydrating.

I'm not sure if my mouth feels dry all the time, but I usually wake up with dry eyes, dry mouth and throat though that seems to go away after I wake up.

Are you cramping early in workouts? Usualy if lactic acid builds up faster then usual when working out then i know i need more fluids
