you might want to try milk or another heartburn medicine without so much calcium. calcium inhibits the uptake of other vitamins/supplements/medications, kind of like grapefruit juice enhances the uptake, only the opposite.
I didn't respond to the poll because I combine the 2 methods. 15mg 20-30min before workout, space the rest out evenly over the rest of the 24 hrs.
I realize that it may be better to spread them out, but I don't tolerate dbol very well so I take them all at once. I get a killer workout, and I don't have to deal with the bloat all day.
