How do you remember all the crap?

This happens to me all the time. I do different shots on different days. Some twice a week, some EOD. For the life of me I can't remember my schedule as it changes. Do you guys write it down on a calendar? Mark it on your phone? I know I need to get a pill planner as I have the same issues with pills.
 
I have an android app called "Med Helper" that works perfect ... not sure what kind of phone you have but I'm sure there's some kind of variation that would work. This one lets you enter the medications one by one whatever they are, and then daily as you pin or take a pill or whatever, go into "take as needed" and enter quantity taken. I just skip the scheduling part of it. And I found it more useful to do quantities as mg not mL. You can even make one for say t. prop left delt if you wanted to keep track of site rotation for something more painful or seo's. I used to go overboard on detail in it like i did in my journal but in the end that level of detail was useless... now I just track doses and it's super convenient.
 
I just put it in the phone with an alarm so I remember for sure. I have the pill holders like the old people use and can put a weeks worth in each holder.

This is what I do too. AM/PM Pill case at home, and a separate pill case I bring to work. Set reminders with an alarm on my phone so I don't forget. Works for me.

i load 2 weeks worth at a time, then inject every Mon. Wed. Fri. Sat.

I always equal load the syringes the same

keep a log of how many cc of what for each load
 
I write it down on a calendar as well. This way I know exactly what I took and I keep all of my calendars so I have them as a guideline for later
 
I have my am/pm pill container but I have to write it down on a calendar. I also have to write down where I hit each shot so that I keep rotating. I get a checklist from my trainer which helps a lot as well.
