How do you run your Nolva?

Are you guys using it as a daily/eod throughout cycle? Are you using it as an "as needed" throughout cycle? What about for PCT? ARe you using it only as a pct?

For those who are running it throughout, how does that effect your pct, if you use nolva for pct, that is?

What doseages are you all using for each listed above?

I use it as needed basis during cycle and PCT 20mg ED till everything is normalized with HCG 1500iu every third day.

I run it during my cycle when I run HCG which is generally 500iu 3X per week as needed. And then 40, 30, 20 or 40, 40, 30 , 20 depending on how my body is acting. I do run Adex throughout my cycles as well.

I run it exactly like Body2See does.

But I dont notice any "hardening" up effect. I do maintain my strength well, but always get softer looking post and off cycle.

I never use nolve due to the negative effects it has on IGF levels. For anti-e I use arimidex and for PCT clomid is my tool of choice
