Just thought itd be cool to see the different methods you guys put into play when your on cycle rather than not. Does your training change much? Do you take an entirely different approach or is it just more weight?
less weight is about the only thing that changes. can single or double what I can normally and I can't hit say 10 reps with as much as weight as I could when I'm "on".
That's interesting. I've noticed I have to just try to go heavier. My endurance is down a ton lately. I used to do something like arms and I wouldn't even rest between sets now I get winded alot easier so I gotta anticipate the kind of weight I need
I dont change a thing. keep focused on the intensity, and form. I used to train like Branch Warren (at least in my mind I did) slinging heavy weights every single work out. I hurt things that I did not know you could hurt. The only major change I make when in on is the diet..
