Yeah I try to be real chill everyday and stay at neutral position on my emotions. Being in the military and being an emotional roller coaster is a bad bomb waiting to blow. I know I can't stand it when people around me are that way, and the last thing I want to do is be who I hate.
Yea, I can keep my cool a lot easier now than I used to be able to. I used to blow up over stupid shit whether I was on or off, but now I'm probably more mellow all the time overall than I was before...Might be because I've grown up too

Same here. I am getting ready to turn 30yrs old this year and this year has been really mind changing for me. I am more calm and relaxed then I used to be. Don't mess with my son and wife and usually can wak away from anything. Now if my wife and kid piss me off I try and walk away. However having a son who is clinically diagnosed with ADHD on the severe side can really wear on your nerves. Sometime I ask God, I know you gave him to me, but do you miss him really bad; because I am about to send him back to you. LOLOLOLOL
