Who cooks their food for the week ahead of time and how many meals do usually cook at a time? I cook 10lbs of chicken and 5lbs of ground turkey on Sunday evenings. That will usually last me til Thursday night. Friday is Tuna and talipia. Then the weekend I have time to cook my meals fresh. What do yah do to get your meals in?
