how much is too much, efa,vitamins....

I am currently taking CLA, Multivitamin,flaxseed oil and I recently will be adding coezyme10(suppose to give you eneygy). Should I add this product below to what I am already taking or jus keep it as is?

Drop the flax and use Hemp seed oil, it has a better balance of efa's. You may also want to try Avant Labs Sesathin it's a fat that has been shown to dramatically increase fatloss.
 
Yup, yup. Hemp Oil is FARRRRRRRRRRRRR better imho. and i also use Hemp with great success.

Here's a secret of mine you wanna add a fat that increases fat loss use MCT's but use with caution they cause stomach cramps, explosive dirreah if to much is taken at one time but work great.
 
sorry bro but what are MCTs? and how much do you take so it will work with out giving a unlimited pass to the shitter?:)

ok, so I was finally able to get my hands on some twinlab MCT fuel orange flavor. Just took a 56g protein shake with 1tblsp of Hemp oil and 2 tsp of MCT. No so far no stamach cramps and not other sides. So how much should I use. I will add 2tsp in my shakes. Maybe 6tspns per day okay:confused:
 
Whooooooooo, i wouldnt go that high on MCT or you'll regret it bud. Sorry i took a minute to revisit this thread. I would say 3 tbsp taking 1 tbsp with each meal is fine. Dont go overboard b/c if too much builds up in your stomach you'll be yelling at me for what you'll experience, lol.
