How much protein do you take

I weigh 225lbs and have been taking in around 350 grams of protein ED. This amount worked great for me. I went from 199lb 12% to 225lb @ 12% in 3 months w/ very little water retention.

Week
1-4 100mg prop EOD, 75mg tren EOD Getting test flu EOD and not being able to sleep due to tren (4hrs sleep max ED)
5 no supps (needed to sleep and get over the test flu thing)
6-7 150mg prop EOD
7-9 100mg prop mon, wed, fri
10-12 100mg prop, 75mg tren, 100mg QVstan (drinking it), 120mcg Clen and 100mcg t3

dieted down from 205lbs, weight taking at beginning of each week in the Buck in the AM
week
1 199lbs
2 207lbs
3 205lbs
4 205lbs
5 207lbs
6 210lbs
7 215lbs
8 216lbs
9 218lbs
10 218lbs
11 221lbs
12 225lbs

I feel I had the most significant size and strength gains off of the last 3 weeks when adding the t3, clen, tren and winny. The strange thing is that I started to bloat in the last 2 weeks. I did not take on much water maybe 3 or 4 lbs at the most. It made me wonder if the winny was real of if it was possibly liq. D-bol. I have never taken either so who nows

You may want to up your protien a little. I try to get 2g of protien per lb. of body weight. I don't think you should be seeing a lot of bloat. How is your carb intake?
 
the last 6 weeks my carb intake was high. I was eating everything from pies to french fries. I was just surrprized to see the bloat come on in the last 2 weeks w/ the winny t3 clen prop and tren. Maybe it was all the sodium in my diet.


everyone says to bump up the Protien and i will next time if i choose to go on again ijust do not know if it is needed at lower levels of AAS but i am willing to give it a try if i go on again.
 
not as much as I should. I know when you get to much you have a methane gas cloud following ya, lol.
I try to get at least 200g per day. I weigh 245lbs right now.
 
I do 2 gms /lb while dieting for a show. That's so I minimize muscle loss.
During off-season I am not as strict as I should be and probably only do 1-1.5 gms/lb.

During the off season (well for me that's year round now) I still count protien grams but don't really track anything else.
 
ugh...not as much as I would like. I try to get at least 200-250g per day.

I'm going to bump it up to 350+ per day soon. I'm going to keep a blender at work to get some extra shakes...
 
2gms per lb. or more bulking or cutting. keeps me from getting too fat.

weigh about 200 and protein is 400-450/day
