I'm wondering how much TB500 I need if I'm looking to improve my overall health. I've been having some issues lately with elbow pain, and I am really getting annoyed with it. Do you think that 2-3mg a day would work well?
 
Bros 1 of the best ways to do this is use bpc into the injury and then tb 500 you could inject it anywhere in the body they will travel and work together
 
I would do tb 500 between 5 to 10 milligrams a week and then the bpc I would pin it 1 milligram every other day you wanna pin the bpc into the injury yes
 
I've used these healing peptides before I found that the more you front load them the better so the first couple weeks you wanna increase the dosage then you can start backing off as you go

TB-500 is well known to help with healing wounds, tissue repair, boosting blood flow, reducing inflammation and even relieving frequent/infrequent pain. However, you'll optimize your elbow recovery and prevents further injuries by stacking with BPC-157.

Really nice job on this question. bpc is 1 of my favorites 250 micrograms 500 micrograms a day is really nice and then as far as a tb 500 you can run 5 to 10 milligrams a week no problem
 
Bpc is the goat but you should consider getting the entire KLOW stack which is a combination of the 4 different healing peptides those will work really well in synergy
