Gotten to know a few people in the gym and one of the guys that I have gotten to know pretty well likes to do a couple sets of arms after every workout towards the end. He’ll even do his leg day then stretch and then go do 3 or 4 sets of arms just to get a nice pump and then he’ll leave.
Is this a smart strategy to build up nice arms because his arms are pretty big? I have some trouble building up my arms and not sure if this would work for me
