how to get big n lean

Doing PCT 2nd week HCG has sped recovery very nicely using Clen aswell maintaining size beutifully better than ever BUT... i want to be big and ripped or just 10%bf how can i do it? im kinda sitting on the fence i dont wana loose muscle doing a natural cut but i wana be leaner wat to do?

stats:
BW: 101kg
BF: 18% +-
 
what was your cycle? how much did you gain? if you want to drop 8% BF that is a lot to do without losing any muscle. Right now you're about 220 lbs. and to drop down to 10% you need to lose about 17-18lbs of fat. I would recommend the same thing to anyone trying to lose weight, keep on the Clen like you're doing and eat clean and add in cardio. You probably want to add IGF to your cycle because it will make a huge difference in keeping your body anabolic during this time. This is not something you can do overnight but if you do it right you can get there.
 
bump the diet for sure. They are only supplements no matter what you take there is no miracal drug.
 
my diet is set on bulk at the mo to hold that muscle u no its not very neat, but its lean just high carb do you think its possible to cut some fat by keeping diet the same and adding cardio every day?

id have to see your exact plan, but you would probably rather cycle lower carb days on off training days. save the cardio for then too. imo.
 
i don't think you'd need cardio everyday, probably would be too much. Adding it in on days that you're not lifting is what I would do.
