I'm trying to lose weight on retatrutide. I'm 350 pounds. I would like to drop about a hundred pounds. What is the maximum dosage that you recommend for me where I won't be dealing with side effects? I'm going to start dialing in my diet and exercising daily.

When it comes to reta, a simple procedure from 1 to 4 mg a week would work great. You don't have to run it any higher than that.

Do reta at 1 mg for the first four weeks. As your body gets used to it, you can gradually start increasing it. I would do a half-mg increase every two to three weeks.

Bros, this is looking fantastic. 2-3 mg is terrific. You won't go wrong and it's a great one to use.

I would do 1-2 mg for the first 8 weeks. You can increase it to 3 mg for the next 8 weeks and then to 4 mg after that. Once you get the results you're looking for, drop it to a maintenance dose.

I agree with the others here — don't chase a maximum dose. Starting at 1 mg a week and staying there for a few weeks lets you see how your appetite and stomach handle it, then you can move up in small steps only if you need to. At 350 lb with about 100 lb to lose, slow and steady titration will do a lot more for you than jumping straight to a high dose.

The diet and training side still does the heavy lifting. A moderate calorie deficit with plenty of protein, daily walking, and some lifting to hold on to muscle will make the fat loss last, while the retatrutide mainly makes the deficit easier to stick to. Weigh yourself weekly and track how you feel, rather than changing the dose every week.

One more thing worth checking before you buy is the strength and purity details for the vial you are getting, so your dosing math is right. I found those details listed clearly on musechem.com — it is worth a read before you order.
