how to run bpc for biggest results with recovery

I’m looking for advice on using bpc for recovery. After my workouts I tend to get very sore and my joints get very achy. I’m hoping you could guide me and tell me a good dosage that I can use. I’ve been reading online and it seems like 500 mcg a day is very good, but other people say you should do more than that and other people say you should do less.
 
Bros. When it comes to using healing peptides, it's always good to use them together. This means Tb500 and BPC needs to be reused and also GHK can come in handy.
 
I would play it like this TB 500 at 2 or 3 mg a week and then use the BPC at 500 mcg every other day. That's the best dosage.
 
Make sure you are using umbrella. They are the most legit brand out there for peptides. We highly vouch for them.
 
TB 500 is an excellent option . You can run 5 or 10 mg a week. And then you could stack in BPC as well every other day works out great.
 
You're going to want to use the TB 500 in any location on the body, but BPC needs to be used specifically in certain areas. You won't go wrong with it.
 
BPC 250 mcg a day is really good. But you want to make sure you run it at least 12 weeks TB 500 same thing. Using them together is doubly effective.
