Looks awesome for sure but I bet his kidneys are close to shutting down. Ive seen guys in the ICU (Homeless) or abuse of some kind and anyone with very little fat like this has kidney problems, maybe acute and corrected easily but if done over and over,,then he is fucked.

nope that cant be healthy for sure, but im also sure he only holds that look for about 24-48 hours tops, otherwise i think you would drop dead from dehydration lol
