humalog and creatine

For those of you who have any idea, here is my question: Is creatine contraindicated while using insulin? i have read some information stating that it produces an anti-synergistic effect. I have construed this to mean that creatine may "compete" with other nutrients while attempting to bind to receptor sites. Any help will be appreciated.

they go great together, everything I've seen say they have a synergistic effect.
