Well maybe not but i hate working on their shoulders! Its the same circumstances everytime. Its starts with a small partial thickness rotator cuff tear and they let it go for about five years letting it get worse and worse. Finally its so bad they cant sleep at night and they decide to have it fixed. So by the time you get to it and try a repair its like sewing baby shit to mucus.
The tissues are so fucked by this point its almost hopeless....goddamn it was a frustrating morning!!

That sounds like my life daily..... Im sure there is nothing left in my rotator

I partially torn mine and after I went through physical therapy and all of that I didn't do pressing movements for a long time. Now they really don't bother me at all

Had my left rotators repaired after a auto wreck with he usual string / clamp method and now healed up well. Think the igf helped along with a deca shake.

We use suture anchors. The anchor is threaded and screws into the humeral head. Attached to the head of the anchor is suture to pass through the cuff and ideally tack it back down but when the cuff is so beat up the suture just rips through as soon as theres any tension on it....
When im standing there i often wonder if you could give injections of IGF into the torn portion for a year or so before you tried to fix it if it would make a difference ...it would probably be nearly impossible even with an ultrasound machine as a guide.

That sounds painful as hell, I'm glad I didn't have to go through any of that
