I was going to say.... I remember you posting that you were 6'0 and cutoff for MW is like 176. That's thin man. I'm 5'9 and after going through a divorce and not training for 9 weeks I did a 4 week diet and was 190 at about 3%. That was almost 4 years ago. I'm a little bummed recently though. Talked to a good buddy that I used to train with and he was very negative about me doing the Southern States saying it was out of my league aftere saying how shredded I was at 245 the other day when I saw him??!! Am I really out of it or is 5'9 245 very lean in the offseason not impressive?? Sorry, I'm rambling. I can't sleep

I think the answer lies in the subjective (the way you carry your muscle and how its proportioned over your frame)That's one thing I dislike about a lot of BB sites: people will post pics and look off, fat, or just plain shitty and everyone will say things like "lookin thick" or "shredded!" and other BS of the sort. If this guy is your friend, and he knows his shit, chances are you're off.
