So im back using a little MC IGF. Small amounts for now but a week in and im already feeling leaner. Concentrating on bringing up the biceps so applying to both inner and outer heads twice a week. See how that goes. For now just using on workout days.

Well my first run with it I used it every day for a good while mostly in the abbs. I have to say my abbs were really protruding too. But now im just using on workout days and actually applying to biceps and actually applying twice a week to biceps and I have to say im seriously putting on some size. They are really growing past the rut I was in. They really have a good peak now and its awesome lol. Cant wait to see what the next few months hold I may even go to applying 3 days a week to biceps to really keep pushing them. Ive been trying to bring them up by hitting them a little 3 times a week. 1 major and 2 minor workouts on top of my normal routine. So far 50 mcg in each bicep.
