Well I always rubbed/massaged and never any any issue and I actualy think the few times i didnt rub or massage i can remember it being more sore.

i tried this recipe, it fuckn suck ass, dont waist your guys time. first shot and i got the hard shakes and flu symtoms like fuck that night. maybe just me, but last time i dose it that high again. felt better shooting 2cc's every 2nd day than fitting that high a mg per cc.
FUCK!!!! i had some scary dreams that same night too.

That sucks...I never had those problems. I actually just finished a 16 week cycle of the stuff I made a few weeks ago. I waited till around the new year. Was starting a new job. I did EOD with it and it went awesome. Soreness was gone by the second day it it didnt hurt much at all. Kicked in real fast and I recovered just as well. I never had a problem with the EO like everyone seems to think happens with it. If it helps it go through a 25g then that makes a huge difference when pinning EOD normally sucks this made it easy as hell. Unless I die 30 years from now from something the EO did to me now Im not gonna worry about it. Im probably gonna stick with this over any other ester from here on out. That and I have like 3 years worth from getting the powder and making it myself. Peace.

i massage each and everytime with no problems, i guess preventing scar tissue is not that important???

you got a pocket of oil, let it absorbed massaging it will only cause MORE scare tissue.

I made 250mg/ml of Prop and as far as pain goes its no different than any kind of soreness that I get the day after anything of any kind with any ester. Just a little sore. I massage it real good after and the soreness is gone in a couple days. Good enough time to inject EOD. I used 100% EO for my oil and it flies right through a 25g pin better than any other oil I've used through a 23g. Heres the recipe. Makes about 80ml

43 mls EO oil
20 grams Prop powder
2ml BA
20ml BB
