Hi i am 15 yrs old i way 115 lbs and i am really skinny. I need to bulk up but i dont know how to start i can only bench like 100 lbs and i usually run alot and dont eat alot I need someone to tell me a diet plan on what to eat throughout the day and what exericises i should do.
 
Browse the forum first abit. After you have done that, we can answer your specific needs. Think 15 is too young to start weight training, cuz of the fact you are still growing. Start at 18.

Okiz, I will answer somewhat of your questions. The problem is you are still growing. I would advice to eat 6-7 meals a day where the carbs are mainly eaten in the morning and early afternoon. The protien meals are in the late afternoon and evening. Try to get at least 30 grams of protien each meal. For an exercise routine use:

A 3 day split:

mo: benchpress + barbell curl
wo: deadlift + dips
Fri: shoulderpress + squat

Do 4 sets of each exercise with a 6-10 rep range. Train short and heavy. On the non training days do some cardio. Keep this routine for a year to get a solid base. The diet makes you grow, so eat lots and lots of food. Hope this helps you give your goals a direction.

I'm in agreement with Hardcore's workout plan littlle bro. You should definitly listen to the site reps here they can help you out a great deal. I started lifting when I was your age, and about all I could bench was around a 100 pounds. So dont be discouraged. All I did was get bigger and bigger! Stick to it, and Eat Eat Eat!
 
YOUNG BUT BE PATIENT

YOU ARE A BIT YOUNG, BUT THE EAGERNESS TO START WEIGHT TRAINING IS ADMIRED. I STARTED AT THAT AGE AND I DON'T REGRET IT BUT HAVE SUFFERED FROM SOME JOINT PROBLEMS BECAUSE I STARTED LIFTING HEAVY WITHOUT LETTING MY JOINTS FULLY DEVELOP. REMEMBER THE HARD WORK YOU PUT IN AT A YOUNG AGE WILL BEGIN TO TRAIN THAT MUSCLE AND WHEN IT STARTS TO DEVELOP YOU WILL BE THANKFULL TO ALL THE HARD WORK YOU PUT IN. JUST BE CAREFULL MY FRIEND AND DON'T OVERDO IT.

Do Not even think about it till you are at least 25. you have plenty of your own naturally till then. Dont go there and by then you may not need it or want to.

eat plenty and well and work out well - and have some fun growing up - you are only young once. :)

oh yeah - and girls - not till you are 25 - they will make you poor.
 
I'll give you my advise lil man. I'm only 17 right now and i use to be 6,1 250 lbs of complete fat. When i was about 14 I began to workout but not heavy training. I got all the way down to 170 lbs by working out and eating right. Now Im weighing 205 with about 10% BF. If you want to get big you must listen to what they told you eat, eat, and eat. It sometimes might even be hard to swallow it down but you must eat it all. Your body burns so many calories a day just from sittin there or from workin out whatever your doing your burining calories, also everyones body has a point to where there body can only burn so many. you need to find out what your body burns and just exceed that limit every day and you should start to gain so weight if not just up it a little more. Eat healthy though not junk food and simple carbs. Eat your grains, fat, and protein. Anu questions just write me
