I doubt it'll be anything spectacular, i'm just going for mild mass while cutting down from 14% bf.....

I don't want anything more than 225 at 8% bf. I just like the feeling of being on, so i'll take it easy and try out a couple new things.

When i do the test/fina, i'm investing in enough BTG anavar for 60 mg/day for 6 weeks. I hope that helps me out :)

I like DNP, but only when stacked with T3.... Otherwise i feel that there's a rebound effect from the suppressed T3 levels post DNP.

But it's a good thing, just don't expect a miracle drug. I like to plan for maybe 4-5 lbs of fat lost when running it, whether a 3 day blitz or 5 days of it.
 
Lets see......

Run #1:
did 250/250/500/500/750 (powder)

I lost about 6 lbs of fat, and noticed huge increases in vascularity.

Run #2:
did 500/500/500/750/750

I lost maybe 4 lbs of fat, probably due to a no carb diet that i did.

Run #3: NOT RECCOMENDED....

did 600/800/800/400 of the crystal while doing 100 mcg/day of T3.... IT WAS FUCKING HOT !!!!

On that i lost 11 lbs in the 4 days, went hypo many times due to the 3g/day of ALA, and it really messed me up. I got very sick off of that, and couldn't really function the whole time, as i was sweating constantly and lethargic as hell......

Yeah, i lost a lot of mass as well that time......
 
I lost a good 3% bf when i did the first run.

Although the lowest i've gotten in the past year or so is 11% The highest is 17%.

For some reason i stay at around 15% all the time. So i figure i'll take extra measures to get down to 8-10% by march (spring break)

Day 5: 500 mg DNP / 25 mcg T3 / 600 mg ALA / VIT C, E / Lots of Water
Day 6: 750 mg DNP / 25 mcg T3 / 600 mg ALA / VIT C, E / Lots of Water
Day 7: 750 mg DNP / 25 mcg T3 / 600 mg ALA / VIT C, E / Lots of Water
Day 8: 12.5 mcg T3 / 600 mg ALA / VIT C, E / Lots of Water

For the Diet:
It's a lot different when doing T3 with DNP as opposed to not.
Generally on DNP you have to do a diet rich in carbs, otherwise your T3 levels will start to decline, and the DNP will be less effective.

Most suggest doing a 50/35/15 diet. 50% carbs / 35% protein / 15% fat
Just remember to stay very low with the calories. If you're eating like a pig, you're not going to lose much of anything, i know this, i've tried.....

I like to stay at 2200 calories or slightly lower. That's very low for me, as i only weigh 215 or so.

I've done DNP+T3 before, and i did a ketogenic diet, and it still kicked my ass as far as heat goes.

You could easily go higher on the T3, but i'd be afraid of the muscle catabolism taht would be created. 25 mcg isn't going to that much except regulate metabolism, and increase protein synthesis.

Also, the last 2 days at 750 mg/day DNP is completely optional, you could stick to 500 mg if all is going well.

Just remember, don't overdo it at all....
