If prohormones are now banned then why are they advertised in mags still?

That's what I'd like to know, too.
As far as i know these were the ones in question or were to be classified as anabolice steroids , boldione (1,4 androstadienedione), desoxymethyltestosterone (also known as Madol or DMT), and 19-nor-4,9(10)- androstadienedione (also known as Estra-4,9-dien-3,17-dione). In the prohormone industry thier is still alot of prohormones that do not contain the above so this may be one way that thier still able to market and sell them.

I am pretty sure ALL known and unknown prohormones were made illegal by prez Bush; carrying the same penalties as anabolic steroids. If I find the info on the reclassified law -and how its written- I will post it up. I used to have the whole thing saved but its been quite a while.
Better answers to the main question is -
You see ads in magazines for testosterone or "hormone like" products because its the same deceptive advertising they've used on unsuspecting consumers for decades. They know if they make it sound as if its a real prohormone or at least acts like one, lots more people will buy their crap. Most of the time these products don't carry any beneficial ingredients whatsoever.
Or, as previously mentioned, they DO have real prohormones in them. How the manufacturer gets away with selling these items you ask?
The manufacturer of such products knows they are illegal and changes the name of the drugs to some mixed up mumbo jumbo (which confuses the buyer as well as the FDA - their main goal). OR they dont know they are illegal and keeps selling them because they havent got a "visit" yet.
Sooner or later the FDA and DEA will shut down the companies who are selling real products since they are illegal.

The ones that are still legal are phyto hormones or plant based. If you look real closely they are plant derivatives and aren't actually like the human versions. The ones you see in the mags are herbal and not altered chemical versions of things such as test or boldenone. Hope that helps.
