I read an article by Pat Arnold -- and I have seen this elsewhere. That all estrogens, including clomid and nolva, inhibit IGF-1. Any further info or thoughts?
Go back and re-read it. It probably said that anti-estrogens inhibit IGF and that estrogen is required for IGF production. He is also talking about natural IGF production.
