I'm eating slow and fast carbs right after IGF, then about an hour later I eat clean carbs and hit the gym, and I eat every 2 hours anyway so I get my carbs in every 2 hours after the gym. I like doing the spot injections lol Lil sting from the IGF but is really nothin I'm on Test400 too so I'm sure you know how those feel lol. I haven't felt much yet I'm thinking after I take the weekend off next week will yield hunger and I will start to lean out. I have been eating a little dirtier lately, going out to eat and stuff I get sick of clean diet food father 8 weeks sometimes so I cheat 4-5 times a week lol but I'm pretty lean so I'm gonna get back on the diet starting.....Now haha
