Isn't Igf lr3 supposed to last longer in the body (avoids being taken up by binding proteins)?? So if that's the case, maybe that's why it wouldn't really matter if you took it pre or post workout. Also regarding, subq injections for igf... is the purpose of a subq injection meant for a sustained release over a period of time? If so, would it work since igf is a peptide and therefore is water soluble and not fat soluble in which case an IM administration would make more sense. If it was an AAS which is lipid soluble, it would make sense for a subq injection for prolonged release. But I am just a noob and I'm just throwing out things I think I know. Please aware me lol.
