IGF protocol...preferred timing & schedule

Isn't Igf lr3 supposed to last longer in the body (avoids being taken up by binding proteins)?? So if that's the case, maybe that's why it wouldn't really matter if you took it pre or post workout. Also regarding, subq injections for igf... is the purpose of a subq injection meant for a sustained release over a period of time? If so, would it work since igf is a peptide and therefore is water soluble and not fat soluble in which case an IM administration would make more sense. If it was an AAS which is lipid soluble, it would make sense for a subq injection for prolonged release. But I am just a noob and I'm just throwing out things I think I know. Please aware me lol.

I don't care for preworkout igf as I normally have low blood glucose levels, so adding in des preworkout lowers my b.g. to fat to where it negatively affects my workout, even with an intrworkout carb drink. I like to dose des and Lr3 3x/day in small doses. I know with Lr3 it is only necessary to dose it once a day due to the long half-life, but I like the idea of frequent smaller doses.

Curious if MGF should be dosed pre also. I do IGF before my pre w/o meal and MGF immediately after.

I have read of good results taking regular mgf sub-Q preworkout. With peg mgf it is best taken atleast 5 hours post workout in the muscle trained, or the following morning.

found this post on google and wanted to bump it, some good info and discussion it it!
