Let the IGF tell you what to eat
I have found that I can eat dirty, but feel so good on growth that I work out every day.
Cardio ain't no thang. As far as fatigue, I sleep like I did as a teenager. I take 2-3 naps during the day each week, but I don't really drag ass, or anything during the day.
So yeah, I noticed hunger and better sleep right away. I think fellas that dislike growth are seeking mass building. I like the quality of muscle and the look I am getting.
Also, this is gonna be better long-term than now. Ok, I'm done.
