im thinkin of applying 20mcgs to each bi or would u do 10 per bi, 10 per tri on an arm workout? or 20 per each? also on quads was wanted more tear drop so thinking 20 per tear drop to start ? also one last thing would you apply to bi's arm day and a few days later to bis again when hitting back? same thing on tri's? on tri day and to tris again on chest day? ill apply to bi's, tri's , tear drops, and delts. chest doesnt need so what u think?
