Dude u and Silk compete right?

I have and I'm going to compete again this year or next. Silk never has, but I'd like to get her to do it once. I think she would do great and would be an awesome experience for us to do together.

Ur coach ever tell u to use IGF1? BC my buddy wants to compete got a stage coach & told him he used AAS the coach said "Get IGF1 and use it post w/o." I was surprised it was considered a staple bc I don't see a lot on it most logs I read till I got to MC were the lil guys trying to not juice LMAO.
