IGF1 LR3 deficiencies, fat loss & Q&A

for the questions above on my protocol, i apply to my abs all at once right before the gym, then i eat then hit the gym, yes I've applied to all my muscle , but for the most part i keep it simple and apply it to my abs , i am always fairly lean so i see the benefits everywhere slow and steady gains, and every once in a while i will with to a muscle group, but again on average i do my abs
 
Everything I've applied it to has got thicker fuller and is steadily growing... Umm no cavernous applications tho.
