yes the problems date back that far in Chicago however todays problems arent stemming from those days issues, today the problem is Liberal Policy making, period!

Chicago is run by a Liberal as they come Mayor in Emanual, who is corrupt himself! Liberal Policy in Chicago trumps actual laws on the books! Not sure where to even begin or how you dont understand what it means bro, as I could write a fucking novel right now on Liberal Policy making and the corruption that follows. When you hire people based on qouta instead of brains into decision making positions, your going to have corruption,lol, Baltimore is another one! New York yet another! lol,

Liberal Policy Making is killing this country and much of the corruption we see today stems from it. Theres "Policy" then theres "Law" and liberal have put policy over law and corruption has ensued
