Ok i just finished answering all pms and I wanted to personaly apologize to all our members for my not being here for so damn long.

Its the longest I have ever been away from MuscleChemistry in 11 years. Yes I felt lost without this site. I have answered all emails pms and such so please check to be sure i got back to ya if not pms me again

I am extremely sorry I was gone so long but I was dealing with some personal issues with my wife.
