I imagine it's pretty hard to walk after appling your calves/quads. I would try it in my quads, though. Where are you putting it in the chest/quads? Any specific spots? And are you flexing or relaxed when doing so? Sorry for all the newbie questions, but I want to know what the hell I'm doing.

Oh, okay. I had just read where Jonflex said he was applying it to his quads and gaining more size. But I'll stick with your recommendation. Thanks for replying.
