visually the implants look better if done right. My first girlfriend had 34c and my last girlfriend(may she rot in hell where ever she is :curse: ) Has 36d and they felt somewhat real. but they sagged plus she had strech marks and scars around the nipple area. So she had to be tan all the time and she was 22 yrs old. If you do get them talk to your doc about strech marks!!! if you go to big like my filthy ex you may regret it. Oh and sometimes her right implants would slip out of her muscle or some shit like that. Caus it would be lop sided and she would have to push it back in place. weird shit!
