If the implants look too big and not balanced to the rest of the body then I don't like them.
Most of the time when a girl gets her body fat down low she has lost most of her chest. At that point implants can make all the difference in the world.
You should have asked fake silicone, fake saline or natural. Fake silicone are WAY better than fake saline with their fake feel and the way they show ripples when they are in a strange position.
So unless you have been with a woman who got her implants before the silicone ban or you are with a foreigner or a woman who went out of the country to get their silicones chances are she had saline implants.
