Incline presses...What angle

do you guys set the bench at? I measured the angle the last time I did these and it was at 55 degrees! It didn't looked that steep when just looking at it but this is where I've been doing inclines for the last year and a half. I guess my front delts should be well developed! I dropped the bench down 2 notches which puts it at 40 degrees and was able to get 110's up for 5 reps and my previous best was 100's for 8.
 
The last gym I was at actually had the holes marked and I found that I liked 37 degrees best.
 
I've never seen that, it's good idea though. I definitely preferred the more shallow angle. It felt better on my shoulders and I was able to move more weight.
 
I don't know the exact angle, but I use the lowest possible incline angle. That has always worked best for me.
