Hi! I'm 16, 5,10 270LB.Today in the weight room someone told me that negatives make your benchpress or any core lift go up. Is this true? And if so how would i add it into my 3 set 5 reps benchpress workout. My max is 265ish now I want to get up to aleast 315LB and maybe 405LB (150% of my weight later on.)
