I should add- if you didn't have pain at 500mg/mL, then it probably wasn't correct. 400mg/mL can have quite a sting if not pH balanced.

I redid last night. heated distilled water then I added the BA. Mixed mixed. All good. Then added the l-carnitine. Mixed again. Crystal clear. Filters and into 100ml vial. Looks perfect. The BA and DW was not mixing at my room temp . Has a pH of between 7 and 8 from the test this morning

Only use a digital pH meter, not paper (don't know if you did or not).
You want to LOWER the pH, so you need to make it MORE acidic. Get some HCl. Put DROPS in it, stir well, re-test pH. It doesn't take much to lower it, especially if only 100mL. one drop at at time.

Sorry couldn't edit last post. So I homebrewed the l-carnitine last night. 20ml- Came out crystal clear, although seemed a bit thick when trying to draw and got nervous, aborting injection. I use hgh regularly and it draws easily. Does this seem unusual? Recipe I followed was 10.1 gram l-carnitine and 12.5 bacteriostatic water for 500mg/ml- 20ml total. --
I experimented with making some batches and was quite impressed of how easy it was to make!
I made 500mg/ml concentration of L-carnitine (sourced the raw powder from purebulk). I made a vial with distilled water + acetic acid, one vial with distilled water and 0.1BA , and another one with serum water (NACL).
They all mix well and stay that way. The only one i dropped was the acetic acid but its stings post injection lol but its probably because i didnt dilute it enough i think. The one with water+Ba and the one with regular NACL worked like a charm!
so here it is... the all sought for secret recipe. Stop getting ripped of for this compound!
