Sure enough, it's Cyanocobalamin. For someone who doesn't like injections I'll be seeing my fare share of them over the next couple of months. I'll be sure to get the estered one ASAP. Thanks guys.

yeah definitely get yourself some Synthelamin, it's worth every penny because you can get away with shooting every other day. Some people say they only use it twice a week because of the way the stack is designed you can get away with it but I found 3 times a week worked best for me. It's still better than 7 times a week! LOL

What makes b 12 so good and what could I expect from it? I could take bottles of vitamins and not feel any different. For some reason my body doesnt react to much or I dont feel like it does. I dont even take meds when Im sick or asperin when Im hurting because I NEVER feel any different. Does anyone else feel this way?

Another question on the B12 . Can you use slin pins for it?

I would never advocate doing it yourself, but yes, slin pins are standard procedure for b-12 injections at my doctor's office.

My family doctor is a believer in liquid b-12 applications. The argument I've heard has something to do with poor absorption when in pill form. Personally, I feel a bump in appetite and energy from the liquid version. Especially when taken in conjunction with substances known to decrease appetite and energy. Like most things, it probably depends on the individual, but definitely worth a try, IMHO.

It increases energy and protein synthesis. Another effect good for bb'ers is that it also increases appetite. The liquid form is far superior to any pill form because the pills don't absorb very well. Doctors commonly prescribe b12 shots for many reasons. My wife was on them when she was in college because of a health problem that nearly became chronic fatigue. The doctor showed her how to do them herself after he did the first one.

actually I mix/preload the B-12 with fina for my pits...intermuscular
they never get hungry but they are never really full
been on now for 2 weeks and they are up 10lbs :fyi:
