Injection QUESTION

I'm on my second week of Pec injections. I'm going with 1.5cc's on each side. The first 3 were painless but my last one hurt like a MF. My left Pec is all bruised up. I must have hit something. I'm using a 25g 1" needle.

ahhh don't be a skeeredy cat, Al.....flex your bicep and find the peak. Then stick yourself right in the area that peaks with your arm totally relaxed.....mmmmmm, just wait until they swell up a little, you'll feel just like Gregg Valvolino

actually, anything I have to do one handed worries me. I haven't mastered aspirating with one hand, and holding the pin still is tough, too, especially when shooting thick stuff through a skinny gauge needle
