Insulin OTC in NY?

Does anyone know if insulin is OTC in NY, and if so is it only Humalin-R OTC, Humalog sometimes requires a script?

humalin r is legal to buy otc anywhere in the country period! its life threating if someone on a road trip loses or breaks their bottle, so humalin r is legal every where dont let them tell u other wise unless this new law just passed recently

They refused it to me, and slin pins, in New York without a script at all area pharmacies.

slin pins are illegal, but no way no shape should they refuse insulin r, i have a website ill dig up that shows all the states and there legality with each type of insulin, they are al listed as legal, what if they cant get ahold of ur doctor on a weekend you broke ur bottle and need it, the shit is life threating on the spot, i would sue them if i were diabetic,lol, whomever refused u doesnt know there asss from a whole in the ground,lol,

they refused my girl once a long time ago, then she went back in to talk to the manager and they were apologetic , its sad that pharmacists dont know the laws regarding humalin r
